The larger of the two cottages which sleeps 6-7. In springtime this cottage does live up to its name with garden views from most windows. This cottage provides excellent accommodation for visitors to Yorkshire either on business or pleasure.
Kitchen/Dining Area
Entrance hall leads to kitchen/dining area. Dining table seats 6 people. Newly fitted kitchen with microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer.
Lounge
Large comfortable lounge with Freeview Digital TV, DVD and video. Open coal fire if required. Porch leads off the lounge area to the front door which leads out to the large garden.
Upstairs Area
Master bedroom is a family room with a double bed and single bed plus ensuite bathroom with bath
Bedroom two - double bed. Bedroom three - single bed. Additional z bed for either downstairs or bedroom three available on request. Additional bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
Additional details
This cottage is fully central heated. All fuel and linen included in the rent. Towels available for hire on request. Families are welcome with cot and high chair available on request. Games room with pool and darts. Well behaved pets welcome. Patio and garden for guests use. Garden furniture, barbecue, plenty of off road parking.
