Downstairs Area

The entrance hall leads to open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with stone fireplace and open fire. Fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine. Dining table to seat four and comfortable lounge area with Freeview Digital TV, Video and DVD.

Upstairs Area

Bedroom one with double bed. Second bedroom with single bed. Additional z bed available for either upstairs or downstairs. Bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and toilet.

Additional details

This cottage is fully central heated. All fuel and line included in the rent. Towels available for hire on request. Families are welcome with cot and high chair available on request. Games room with pool and darts. Well behaved pets welcome. Patio and garden for guests use. Garden furniture, barbecue, plenty of off road parking.
